About our B&B
Alicion was built in 1911 by prominent Lunenburg businessman and Canadian Senator William Duff.
The home remained in the family until the late 1970s, after which it moved from being a family home into a successful bed and breakfast.
Located in what is called New Town, an easy ten minute stroll into the heart of Lunenburg, Alicion sits on one of the largest town lots and offers four spacious en-suite rooms on a bed and breakfast basis, and a two bedroom Carriage House available as a self catering home to guests preferring to make their own arrangements.
