The buildings’ original layout and features were preserved, so the rooms vary in size, outlook, and character. -Krystalia's room is 22 sq.meters big, it has a low ceiling, the bed is semi-double and has an additional sofa bed which can be used for overnight stay. Τhe exit of Krystalia's room is on a flat staircase where the guests can place the folding tables and chairs and have breakfast or they can go up the stairs and use the terrace of the Guesthouse. -Emily's maisonette is 84 sq,m big, has a private entrance, 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bath and a shower.
Guests can make meals in the kitchen that features a refrigerator, a dishwasher, kitchenware and a microwave.

It is probably one of the quitest spots on the island. 62 steps away from the Guesthouse is Tereza's restaurant & mini market that offer very good food and 1-2 kilometers away are Steni and Falatado Villages with Cafes and restaurants.
Myrsini is centrally located and close to most villages/beaches of the island.
