This my property purchased by my father the year 1941 and he constructed a house, As Iam his only Son i inherited this property,now i renovated the first floor of the house to suit the need of guest/ travellers round the world, My property is near to KADALUNDI BIRD SANCTUARY a wonderfull place where migrated birds usally come , walkable distance to beach and to the bird sanctury, The famous ancient sea port Beypore is only 2km away from my property, The famous place Calicut city where Vasco da Gama landed first in India is only 17km from my property.
