About our B&B

"Casona Rosa B&B, Morelia" is a colonial style home in heart of Colonia Centro of the Colonial city of Morelia.
Traditions and ancient architecture mean a lot to the citizens of this UNESCO city.
Morelia creates the mood of being both ancient and eternal, and we've used this as our guideline for designing "Casona Rosa B&B, Morelia".
We are just off the main street of Av.
Madero, and a few short blocks (easily walkable and no car needed) from the Portales and its many fabulous restaurants and bars, the main Plaza de Armas, and the famous Cathedral, which is the 2nd largest in the Americas.
Morelia is the world class UNESCO world heritage Colonial capital city of Michoacan. "Casona Rosa B&B, Morelia" is in the heart of Colonia Centro, hence our motto: 'In the heart of UNESCO Morelia and the soul of Colonial Mexico'.
Much attention is paid in decorating the house with locally made art, folk art and handcrafts.
We often hear "how beautiful" and "how peaceful" when our guests enter the B&B.
It is satisfying to hear this, as it is our intention.
