Seascape Retreat provides 5 star nature based accommodation in 3 self-contained luxury villas.
Located on 75 acres in the hills above Victor Harbor on the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula all villas have stunning panoramic views down the valley to the ocean.
The surrounding towns of McLaren Vale, Port Elliot and Goolwa are an easy 10-30 minute drive away.
If you are heading to Kangaroo Island, Seascape is also a great stopover point.
Over half of the property has never been cleared of its natural vegetation and is home to some of South Australia's unique flora and fauna including: kangaroos; echidnas; southern brown bandicoot; many bird species including laughing kookaburras, superb fairy wrens, wedge-tailed eagles, grey currawongs, a multitude of parrot species; ducks, grebes and herons; native fish and frogs in the creek and springs; yabbies (fresh water crayfish) in the dams; native pine, stringybark, pink gums, grass trees, acacias, correas and orchids.The remainder of the property features gum studded grazing land and is home to Wiltipoll sheep and alpacas.
