About our B&B
We take pride in tailoring our service to specifically meet your individual needs, whether your stay is for business, vacation or related to medical procedures, so please let us know.
We are located on two acres of land, half of which is in QEII covenanted native bush.
The house grounds are laid out in an English garden setting, with large expansive lawns, flowering shrubs, trees, roses and fruit trees.
We are in the countryside, but only a five minute drive to the delightful little township of Warkworth where there is shopping and cafes.
Road & traffic noise is minimal with no street lighting making your stay very peaceful and quiet.
A tranquil private oasis often filled with the sounds of native birds.
Home baking on your snack tray together with home made food including bread, yoghurt and marmalade, are regularly part of the generous complementary breakfast.
We also accommodate any special dietary requirements, preferably with advance notice.
Fitted with a terrace, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer.
The bed and breakfast provides certain units that include a balcony, and each unit comes with a kettle.
At the bed and breakfast, all units have bed linen and towels.
Guests can also relax in the garden.
Auckland Airport is 77 km away.Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.5 for a two-person trip.
