This is a nice unique home upstairs in central Karori Wellington.
Peaceful environment: at the back there's a Bridge across a little stream & many Birds in the trees.
Big eels might be found right below the bridge!
Convenient location: a few minutes easy walk to the main road for bus, cafe and takeaway.
Outdoors, upstairs there is a dining and seating area; downstairs big deck working in progress.

Queen and single beds in Large Room with big windows, the TV does NOT work... except guests could use the existing cable to connect their laptop to HDMI3. 2.
Double and single beds (formerly bunk bed) in Double wardrobe Room, it's sunny in the morning, close to bathroom, and far away from kitchen. 3.
Both the double bed and small single bed have very thick comfortable mattress in the Single wardrobe Room.
It's so sunny and cozy!
Kitchen, dining and living are in the same area; no separate living. 1 or 2 guests in each room welcome to stay long term, 3 guests in one room can stay shorter term for 1/2 - 7 nights. (For a group booking the entire home, please check a different listing) The host stays in the bottom flat or nearby, available for assistance almost any time, by phone call or message online.
