About our B&B

Courtenay B & B is named after a previous B & B that we owned in Courtenay Drive.
We take pride in our property and garden and just love sharing it with our guests.
Your room has a separate entrance and a beautiful full bathroom.
The bed is king size and our guests tell us the bed is so comfortable they want to take it home!
The view is out to our back garden.
The rate includes a yummy breakfast.
Kaiapoi is just North of Christchurch City (around 25 minutes drive) and just 15 - 20 minutes drive from Christchurch Airport.
