The Great Ponsonby Arthotel, established over 20 years ago, is set in a renovated villa located in a heritage neighbourhood.
Beautifully decorated with original New Zealand and Pacific Island artworks, filled with books, magazines, music and persian rugs, you will feel at home and relaxed in our welcoming environment.
Set within a lovely garden alongside a park there are 11 rooms to choose from (either villa rooms, courtyard studios or spacious suites).

Ponsonby is within walking distance of several cafés, restaurants and galleries.
The property is a short 5-minute drive from the harbour and central Auckland.
There is a bus that passes the hotel every 10 minutes.
Each of the Arthotel's luxurious rooms has an en suite bathroom, a desk and an iPod docking station.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast, which is served in the dining room or alfresco on the verandah, before heading out to explore the area.Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.6 for a two-person trip.
