About our B&B

Norland Bed & Breakfast is a large traditional detached Victorian villa built in 1894 sitting in its own grounds boasting stunning uninterrupted views across the Moray Firth.
All guests will enjoy comfortable, modern en-suite accommodation which has been awarded 4 star rating from Visit Scotland.
Enjoy magnificent beach views from the bedrooms and breakfast room, a superb panorama to start and end your day.
Lossiemouth known as the ‘Jewel of the Moray Firth’ is blessed with two sandy beaches, glorious dunes and a spectacular Marina.
Guests can enjoy long pleasant walks along the beach, soak up the town’s tranquil atmosphere or take a boat ride to spot Dolphins as they swim only a few hundred meters from the shoreline. ‘Lossie’ as it is known by the locals is home to two Championship Golf courses and has an extensive choice of recreational activities including tennis, putting, bowling and sailing.
It is also the perfect starting point to experience the world renowned ‘Whisky trail’ with over 50 distilleries within easy reach, or simply enjoy the surrounding countryside exploring an area rich in history and wildlife.

The bed and breakfast features some units with sea views, and units have a private bathroom.
