About our B&B

Invicta House B&B is located in Golspie on the shores of the tranquil Dornoch Firth.
We offer one ground floor double room with en suite toilet & shower room, one ground floor twin bedded room with en suite toilet & shower room and one 1st Floor single room with shared toilet bathroom (there is a sink in the room).
Golspie is a haven for those who revel in the outdooor activities for which the Highlands of Scotland are famous : golf, hiking, fishing, cycling and mountain biking are all locally available amid some of the most spectacular scenery in Great Britain.
We are located on both the Lands End - John O'Groats and North Coast 500 routes and offer free and secure overnight storage for bikes.
Little Ferry Scottish Nature Reserve is within 5 minutes from our door, where deer roam in the woods and seals bask on Loch Fleet's sandbanks.
Sightings of Ospreys are common and plenty of migrating birds spend winter here or stop en route to their nesting grounds.
Golspie Golf Club is a couple of lusty blows from the House and the nearby clubs such as Tain, Royal Dornoch and Brora are all within easy reach.
If you're into Malt whisky, the nearby distilleries of Glenmorangie, Balbla...
