About our B&B

We are situated in the middle of Etchingham village, just a 5 minute walk along the pavement to the mainline train station to London or down to Hastings on the coast.
The oak framed building is separate from our house and you have private parking off the road.
The room is self contained and guests have a key to come and go as they please!
Rosebank B&B is a perfect base for exploring the East Sussex/Kent borders and all the National Trust properties and gardens that this beautiful area of England has to offer eg we are half way between Sissinghurst Gardens and Great Dixter and very close to Batemans and Bodiam Castle.
