About our B&B

Hotel Kultainen Joutsen (Golden Swan) is a small gasthaus-type hotel in Kuusamo.
The hotel has been operating since 1989.
At the moment we have 9 separate rooms available for the hotel guests: the small rooms with twin-beds and a shower-wc, (no tv-set), and the family rooms with 1 double bed and additionally 1 or 2 single beds, sauna, a shower-wc, a kitchenette, and a tv set.
The rooms have Finnish Neo-rococo -style furniture.
The property has a restaurant area, which have been mainly used for breakfast service.
The home made breakfast is available with an extra-charge.
The area is very peaceful, near lakes and bicycle/ski/snowmobile -routes.
Ruka ski-lifts are some 20km away.
As a small business, some extra services can be arranged by request/inquiry e.g airport transfers, meals, group-bookings etc.

Some pets might be allowed on request (with extra-charge).

Units include a private bathroom fitted with a shower, while selected rooms also feature a fully equipped kitchenette.
At the bed and breakfast, units are fitted with bed linen and towels.
The nearest airport is Kuusamo Airport, 9 km from the bed and breakfast.Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 8.0 for a two-person trip.
