About our B&B

Højriisgaard is one of the original farmhouses here on Femø, built in the 1800's.
Our rooms are located both on the first and ground floor of the main farmhouse.
The house renovations are on going during the low season, since 2021.
I make all the breads for our guests, and our little café, in my little bakery, is situated in our adjacent farm building.
The scent of freshly baked bread, fills the courtyard garden in the morning.
Our stone oven is then used later in the day to bake pizzas based on an original italian recipe and italian flour and cheese.
All of our breads and pizzas are sourdough based - things take time and care.
