| Our comfortable rooms have private bathrooms, private entrance, refrigerator, heating and air, and all the comforts of home to make your stay an enjoyable and restful one. All rooms are easily accessible to disabled people, Some bathrooms also have facilities for the disabled. Our guests are welcome in the common living-room, where you can play cards or chess, or read a book borrowed for free from our big library. | Cancellation : | To confirm the booking a deposit may be required. Rest amount to be paid by cash on arrival. You can also pay with credit card. We will charge a fee of 10% for cancellations received within 30 days of your booking. Over 30 days and up to 20 days before, a cancellations charge of 30% is required. Up to 7 days before you are required to pay 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on 6th day before, we will charge the full amount. |
| Policies : | L’Aglientu is a simple place, familiar: a thorough cleaning of the rooms during your stay will be done daily. The excessive use of detergents and unreasonable linen washing is an important contribution to pollution, so in L’Aglientu The bed linen and towels will be replaced, as in all families, every 3 days(unless under certain circumstances they have to be changed, then please don’t hesitate to ask). We just ask you a little of cooperation, not to inappropriately use the linen and it would be appreciated if you do not throw the towels on the floor after using them.
The excessive power use is a source of unreasonable depletion of resources, then we ask you not to leave the lights on for no reason and do not use the conditioning of the rooms after 10.00 p.m.. In the evenings the air is fresh even in August, unless there are days when its very humid, so in general there is no need to keep the air conditioner turned on all night. Not only that, it also avoids disturbing the other guests during the night. Italian breakfast includes: coffee or tea, milk or milk&coffee, fruit juice, bread or toasts, home made jams, breakfast cakes and biscuits, honey from the area, butter, fresh fruit from season. |

| What to see & do : | L’Aglientu is located not far from the sea,it takes about 15 minutes to reach Olbia or S. Teodoro, just 10 minutes drive to the nearest beaches, which are located around 10Km from here. You will need a a car or a scooter to stay in our farm. We are in a beautiful rural area, fortunately a little outside the tourism circuits, in a very pleasant place for those who appreciate the tranquillity, the cool evenings, the absence of mosquitoes and all the little things that the country offers, and the sea is easily reachable thanks to convenient roads that connect us. |
