Our private residence is located in the historical city center of St. Petersburg. Only a few minutes away from the main shopping street called Nevsky Prospect.
The apartment is situated in the 2nd floor of an old three-store building from the turn of the century (constructed in 1853).
The entire place was completely renovated in 2003. While renovating we tried to compromise and to save as many old elements as we could. So we managed to preserve old moldings in almost every room and we have restored old floors.
There is a spacious entrance hall, with floor heating. In the entrance area there is also an internet terminal with broadband access. Wireless Lan is available in all rooms. Internet Access is free of charge.
Our apartment is an old building and we wanted to leave the old room style - that's why the rooms don't have attached bathrooms. Two big bathrooms are available in the mini hotel. Both with floor heating.
In the middle of the apartment is a spacious light kitchen, which can be also used as a common room. In the kitchen you can help yourself to coffee or tea anytime you wish to. You can also heat up your food you've brought or even cook yourself. Besides the stove there is a espresso machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge available. The kitchen also has a floor heating.
Breakfast is included in the room rate as well as free coffee/tea all day.
Room 1 and room 2 have a small fridge, a safe and international TV.
The owner is from Germany, living and working since 1996 in St. Petersburg and ready to help you with all your questions and needs.
