| Policies : | All reservations must be confirmed with a Visa or MasterCard at the time of booking. Sorry but we cannot accept ‘international MasterCards’ from overseas countries. You must provide AT LEAST 48 hours notice of cancellation for stays that are six (6) nights or less, otherwise you will be charged a full one nights stay on your credit card. For stays longer than six (6) nights, we require six (6) days notice for cancellations, otherwise you will be charged, two (2) nights stay on your credit card. If your booking is six (6) nights or longer and/or you have received a discounted rate, you must pay for your entire booking on check-in. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you shorten your stay. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Please confirm your time of arrival so someone is available to check you in and show you around. We are a non-smoking B&B and all room rates include daily breakfast unless otherwise arranged.
